At Mifawashoes, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our footwear. If your purchase does not completely satisfy your stylistic expectations or fit your feet comfortably, we welcome you to utilize our transparent 14-day return and exchange program detailed below.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
Customers have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the carrier's official delivery timestamp to submit an authorized return or exchange request. Any intake applications initiated after this 14-day eligibility clearance period has lapsed will be automatically declined.
2. Product Eligibility Criteria
To safely pass our facility inspection and qualify for a full financial credit, returned footwear must satisfy the following parameters:

Shoes must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, showing zero outdoor abrasions, sole stains, cosmetics, or lifestyle odors.

Items must be sent back secured inside their original shoe boxes and packaging matrices, with all structural tissue sheets and brand tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your Mifawashoes digital order invoice number) is strictly mandatory.
3. Allocation of Return Shipping Costs

Customer Preference / Sizing Mistakes: If you request a return or exchange because of personal preference, a change of mind, style mismatch, or choosing an incorrect shoe size, the customer is fully responsible for arranging trackable transit and paying all return postage fees. Mifawashoes does not levy any administrative restocking fees.

Defective or Mistaken Shipments: If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect style/size due to our distribution mistake, Mifawashoes will cover 100% of the return costs. Please email Support@mifawashoes.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery with clear digital photographs of the issue, and our customer care team will issue a prepaid domestic return label.

4. Return Routing Protocols
All authorized returns must be coordinated explicitly through our online help desk. Please do not mail packages back to our corporate administrative headquarters or the warehouse origin without obtaining a written return authorization notice.
5. Inspection Matrix and Refund Processing

Warehouse Quality Assessment: Upon physical arrival at our logistics intake facility, your returned merchandise will undergo a mandatory quality audit lasting 2–5 business days.

Refund Finalization: Once approved by our inspection team, a full refund will be immediately generated back to your original payment mechanism (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow a standard 5–7 business days window for the credit to fully populate on your bank ledger, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing schedules.
6. Order Modification & Cancellation Policies
Order cancelations, address updates, or footwear size modifications can only be processed within an immediate 2-hour window following payment execution by contacting Support@mifawashoes.com. Once an invoice transits into our automated supply chain picking queue, it cannot be canceled, and the standard 14-day return framework must be executed following product delivery.
